How Credits Work
Every message you send to the tutor costs credits. Simple questions cost a fraction of a credit. Complex queries that fire multiple analytics tools cost more.

Your remaining balance shows at the top of the tutor panel, and a cost badge appears below each response so you always know what you spent.
Each follow-up carries the full conversation history, so later messages cost more than earlier ones. Switching to a new thread when you change topics keeps costs down and gets you cleaner responses.
Your Monthly Allocation
Every paid plan includes 30 AI credits per month (Freemium includes 3). Credits reset on your billing cycle — unused credits don't roll over.

A one-time top-up of 100 credits for $20 CAD is available. These never expire. The platform draws from your monthly credits first, so top-up credits only get used once your monthly allocation runs out.
When Credits Run Out
Nothing breaks. Quizzes, mocks, Learning Centre, dashboard — all still there. Your past AI conversations stay accessible (re-reading is free). The tutor just pauses until credits reset or you grab the top-up.
